Coats internal fitting is made of drop forged bonnet, the sturdiest form of casting, value & spindle are made of an extruded rod whose composition is lab tested. The performance test is carried out for one-lac operations. Hydraulic pressure Test is also performed on Bonnet for leakage test. Advance international Double 'O' Ring protection is provided at the bottom of the spindle to stop water entering the threads; this keeps threads lubricated resulting in lesser wear & tear and longer life. Ceramic Disc is also tested for Alumina and Silica
